Campus Block consists of 10 three story townhome units each with 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. |

Campus Block is formed by three existing County maintained roads forming a traditional “city block”. As part of the development, we have constructed an entry road connecting Mayo Street to Murat Street. |

Units 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are at the north end of the property and face Bellevue Way and have driveways and garages in the rear of each unit. |

Units 6-10 are at the south end of the entry road we will construct as part of the development of Campus Block. Units 6-10 have driveways and garages in the front of each unit. |

All of the townhomes, except for units 3 and 8 which are free standing single units, are duplex style townhomes with one common wall separating each townhome. |
|
The project has excellent lighting with street lights along the entry road and dawn until dusk lighting at the entry way of each townhome. |
